Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Yield: 6 servings

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed & drained
  • 8 oz velveeta, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chk soup
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  1. preheat oven to 375-degrees
  2. combine first four ingredients into 9x13 baking dish
  3. unroll crescent rolls and place over chicken mixture
  4. make 20-25 mins, until crust is golden brown

This was adult AND kid friendly!  Yum, yum!
