- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- small onion, chopped
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- shredded cheddar
- 1 tube reduced-fat crescent rolls
- preheat oven to 375-degrees
- unroll crescent rolls in 9x13 baking dish, pinch together to make crust
- bake 6-8 minutes
- meanwhile, brown ground beef with onion and set aside
- in a bowl, mix tomato sauce, taco seasoning, corn and beans together
- top crescent rolls with ground beef, top ground beef with tomato sauce mixture
- top with cheese
- bake 15-20 minutes
