- 6 boneless pork chops
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg (6 oz) stuffing mix for chicken
- 1-1/2 cups hot water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- heat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray on medium heat
- add onions and chops
- cook until chops are done (160-degrees)
- remove chops from skillet
- cook and stir onions 5 more minutes
- stir in Worcestershire sauce
- return chops to skillet, top with onion mixture
- mix stuffing and water, spoon around edge of skillet
- top with cheese
- cook another 5 minutes until cheese is melted
- SERVE
